Hope everyone had a great 4th of July weekend, I know I did.
23's gonna be a good year, i think...i hope...it's off to a good start anyhow. the bestest friends surprised me with a bbq (bery bery sneaky) although it might not count for much since i'm as dense as a rock. but, it's the thought that counts. and they also had one of those balloons that sing happy birthday, too bad it flew away before i could see it ( way to go whoever let it go). not much more could be said bout that crazy bunch.
so then i got to thinking...man, 23. this'll be a year of changes. i will say my temporary goodbyes to all my friends & family in SoCal and say ey to friends of the Big Apple. i will miss the sun, warmth, and love very much. hopefully, they'll all visit me some in NY, especially love. farewell to that life of laziness and procrastination and hello (for the first time EVER) to the life of studying day, night AND weekends. my life will be boring and hellish. 23's gonna be great!!!

dude. DUDE! We did not "LET IT GO" as you so callously put it, we were terribly distraught and not in the least amused like that Jesus's Property guy was. It taunted us, singing "happy birthday as we never did, as it flew away. I hope it popped. Stupid treacherous balloon.

aw, sorry i missed your sailabration. ha ha, get it? you like to sail! oh man, i need a vacation. speaking of which, soak up the california sun as much as you can. ny has been rainy and overcast for the past few weeks.
